Okno — Support

The app shows events I don’t recognise: That’s the demo schedule. Until you grant calendar access, Okno runs on sample data so you can see how it works. Tap “Demo data · Connect calendar” at the top to switch to your real calendar.
I tapped Connect and nothing happened: Calendar access was probably declined. Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Calendars → Okno and allow full access, then reopen the app. There is also an “Open Settings” button next to the error message in the app.
Some of my events are missing: Okno reads every calendar that appears in the iPhone Calendar app — iCloud, Google, Exchange and the rest. If a calendar isn’t switched on there, Okno can’t see it either. Events you have marked as “Free” are deliberately not counted as busy. Birthdays and subscribed holiday calendars are ignored on purpose, so a birthday doesn’t block a whole working day.
My vacation doesn’t block the day: An all-day event only counts as busy if its availability is set to “Busy”. Apple Calendar sometimes creates all-day events as “Free”. Open the event and switch it to Busy.
My working day isn’t 10:00–19:00: Tap the clock chip at the top of the screen and set your own start and end times. Okno then looks for free windows only inside those hours, and remembers them.
Can I see weekends, or more than five days?: Not yet — Okno covers the next five weekdays. If that’s a limitation for you, write in and say so; it shapes what gets built next.
Is there an iPad version?: Not yet. Okno is built for iPhone. It also runs on Apple Silicon Macs and Apple Vision Pro in iPhone compatibility mode.
How do I delete my data?: There is nothing to delete on our side, because nothing is ever sent anywhere. Removing the app removes the two preferences it stores. See the privacy policy.

В приложении незнакомые события: Это демо-расписание. Пока доступ к календарю не выдан, Okno показывает примерные данные. Нажмите «Демо-данные · Подключить календарь» вверху экрана.
Нажал «Подключить», ничего не произошло: Скорее всего, доступ к календарю был отклонён. Настройки → Конфиденциальность и безопасность → Календари → Okno, разрешите полный доступ и откройте приложение заново. Рядом с сообщением об ошибке в приложении есть кнопка «Открыть Настройки».
Часть событий не видна: Okno читает все календари, которые есть в стандартном приложении «Календарь» — iCloud, Google, Exchange и остальные. Если календарь выключен там, Okno его тоже не увидит. События со статусом «Свободен» намеренно не считаются занятостью. Дни рождения и подписные календари праздников игнорируются специально, чтобы день рождения не гасил весь рабочий день.
Отпуск не закрывает день: Событие на весь день считается занятостью, только если у него выставлен статус «Занят». Календарь Apple иногда создаёт такие события со статусом «Свободен». Откройте событие и переключите занятость.
У меня другой рабочий день: Нажмите на чип с часами вверху экрана и задайте своё начало и окончание. Окна будут искаться только внутри этих часов, настройка запоминается.
Нужны выходные или больше пяти дней: Пока нет — Okno показывает ближайшие пять будних дней. Если вам этого не хватает, напишите: от таких писем зависит, что появится дальше.
Есть ли версия для iPad: Пока нет, Okno сделано для iPhone. Оно также работает на Mac с Apple Silicon и на Apple Vision Pro в режиме совместимости.
Как удалить свои данные: Удалять нечего: ничего никуда не отправляется. Удаление приложения стирает две сохранённые настройки. Подробнее — в политике конфиденциальности.
